If the application is rejected for any reason related to the productive family , the full amount will be returned to the customer in their bank account on the card within three to fifteen working days, and in case of any delay, you must contact your bank and review it by providing the number or reference ID for the refund process sent to you.
❏ Meals:
● All meals are subject to availability, as the producing family is obliged to provide the selected order without change until after the customer's approval.
● Productive households can use nuts and other allergenic foods during the preparation of certain meals and the customer should be informed about this by mentioning it in the meal data. Please contact the production family after completing the order if you have any allergies and confirm not to use those ingredients, which may negatively return in the evaluation of the product without an acceptable reason.
Cupcake does not guarantee that any of the meals sold are free of allergens and is not responsible for this.
● Good packaging, proper food temperatures and timely delivery are the responsibilities of the producing family and the delivery representative.
❏ Delivery:
Cupcake facilitates the process of providing delivery services, transportation services or logistics services that serve only the main goal, which is productive families, and facilitates the option of registering delegates to work directly with productive families, and productive families may also register delegates who follow them to carry out delivery tasks.
● Our goal is to provide the best possible delivery service with direct sponsorship from productive families, who are obliged to deliver on time, but sometimes things may go unplanned, for example in cases of traffic congestion or weather conditions, which may sometimes prevent us from achieving the goal in this regard. We will always do our best to make sure that productive families and delegates receive your meal at the stated time.

● We have permission from the partner producing families to accept the payment amount on their behalf.

* Tab payments company, which deals with cupcake, requests to provide it with some data for productive families or drivers, such as a copy of the national ID, a document of self-employment or commercial registration, an Iban certificate, the name of the account owner and the national address, which is the information required by the Monetary Agency as confirmed by Tab payments company and that the account of any productive family or driver cannot be activated unless the required data is provided to the payment company.
❏ Events beyond our control:
● In cupcake, neither party will be responsible for the other for the delay or non-performance of its obligations under this agreement due to reasons beyond our control, including without limitation any of the following: fate, government action, war, fire, flood, explosion or security disturbances and other emergency circumstances.

● The producing family is the primary responsible for the meals and services it provides, it is responsible for the quality of the food, its quality, heat or cold, it is also responsible for pricing, it is responsible for creating competitiveness with other producing families in providing the best and the finest, and it also has the responsibility to deal with the representative and ensure the delivery process on time.
● The producing family is committed and responsible for providing healthy , clean and allergen-free meals , and if those meals include allergens such as eggs , bananas , nuts, for example, and others, they must be mentioned in the product description inside the application, and if the customer contacts the producing family and requests the exclusion of those ingredients, the family must comply with the customer's request.
● The producing family is responsible for the good packaging of the meals, which ensures that they arrive at the customer in good condition and at the appropriate temperatures, and which prevents tampering with them or opening them before reaching the customer.
● The producing family is responsible for delivering the order to the customer, whether through the representatives participating in the application or directly through it.
● The producing family is responsible in the event that an order is delivered that differs from what was ordered through the application, and it must resolve this with the customer directly and bear the costs of that disagreement.
● Please note that the transfer of the amount to the productive family's bank account takes place after 3 at least working days for transactions made using the Mada card, and after ٥ at least working days for transactions made using the credit card (Visa - Mastercard).
● Based on the conditions provided by the company providing the payment service in the application, please note that the lowest amount is transferred to the productive family (100 SR).
Cupcake collects an operating fee of 6 % for the services it provides to its partners on the price of the meal with delivery, and Cupcake has the right to adjust this percentage according to market requirements and variables without consulting any of its partners whenever the need arises, noting that cupcake will provide the most competitive market percentage in this field, and partners will be notified of this whenever the need for change arises.

● The representative is the first responsible for the time required to deliver the order after receiving it from the producing family.
● Upon receiving the order from the production family, the representative must make sure that the packaging is in good condition, the meal is well sealed, and the food temperature is appropriate.
● After receiving the application, the representative is considered fully responsible for the condition and safety of the application and its condition in terms of the appropriate temperature of the application, if this resulted from its delay.
● The representative does not have the right to open the application or dispose of it before it arrives at the client.
● If the customer does not receive the request and does not respond or respond to the representative, the representative has no right to act on the request until after referring to the productive family to deal with the situation.
* Delegates receive their financial accounts in the same way as productive families.
